Over the past five years, our staff have been researching patterns in business, technology and education to develop more intuitive, common language programmes to improve the connections within a business, decrease training time and minimise costs.

We have discovered that the key to reducing the stresses of training lies in the language we use, and the behaviours we observe before any programme design begins. When we take into account existing behaviours and language, we have found that change becomes a positive extention of current practices, rather than a total re-programming process that may face a number of barriers.

We have also gathered together supporting organizations with reliable, affordable expertise in important areas such as web programming, technology development, graphic design, print and DVD/CD development.
